BILLINGS—The administrator of the popular Facebook group ‘What’s Doin’ on the °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë’ was arrested yesterday, April 11, and charged with criminal harassment.
The OPP reports that the °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë OPP began an investigation regarding criminal harassment in Billings Township. Township staff reported ongoing unwanted communication from a member of the community.
As a result of the investigation, Bill Concannon, 57, from Billings has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment.
The accused was held in custody and was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Gore Bay on Friday, April 12.
